Thursday 5th March was boiler inspection day. We steamed up Valiant, Vanguard and William Bell ready for inspection. Victory is currently dismantled for a heavy overhaul. All 3 locos passed with flying colours. So what do you do with 3 locos in steam on a dry spring afternoon? Play of course!!!

The new carriage shed was started at Cristmas and is now complete housing all our rolling stock, so we no longer have to store them in the tunnel. This will make setting the line up on a running day much easier.

Trains go into tunnels and come out but locos can go in sheds and never come out
