Colliford Lake Park, Cornwall; New railway?

Manager Posts: 484 Group: Member Member #7 Joined: August 15, 2006	I've recently received the sales particulars for the Colliford Lake Park in Cornwall, and of interest is a paragraph reading: Quote: ....A further coniferous wooded area with 26ft drop slide, four tier astro-slide, zip wire, mini railway and agility trail which will all be removed prior to completion unless otherwise requested.... Does anyone know if there is what we would consider a "proper" miniature railway here, or whether it is a fairground-style ride of some sort? I can't find any mention of a "mini railway" on their website. We should be viewing the site at some point in the near future so if no-one knows anymore we will find out!

Colliford lies roughly half way between Bodmin and Launceston and certainly didn't have any form of railway when it was previously sold around 6/7 years ago. It would make a perfect site for something grand in 10 1/4" gauge though...
