I saw this 10.25" IC loco on eBay and thought it might be of interest. It's not me that's selling it!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140308900636&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:GB:1123 |

Its at Devon Railway centre and has been for sale for a while. I believe the reserve is about 2K. Originally built for use at Tal-y-cafn with Gwril and the mini-rail coach now at Sherwood, It is powered by a invalid car engine and gearbox I think. Craig |

The reserve price has now been met at £1250. Interestingly that is around half the price that I last knew was being looked for for the loco. It will be interesting to see who ends up buying it and for how much! |

It was also previously at Wat Tyler in Essex. Price was more than £2k about 18 months ago when I visited. Without its S/O bits it could be made into a nice little shunting loco for someone. ![]() |

It has now sold for £1250. I think the new owner (whoever that may be) has got themselves a bargain once they've sorted out the awful steam outline body!! |
