why are you going to wander somehwere if you can do those??

surely wondering if you can do them would be much more useful to you?

Pearl was indeed bought to Romney for a Gala which happened to coincide with the naming of the class 73 at Folkestone. 'Pearl' was exhibited at New Romney on a flat truck and never actually touched Romney metals - although given the state and size of the reads I fear it would never have stayed on the rails. The actual transportation of the loco was undertaken by the RHDRA and the loco stayed with us for about 6 weeks.

It is a very simple loco so if someone wanted to see one run then I would suggest they built one from scratch copying thr Brotherhood design. Somewhere I may have some photos of it at Romney but not sure where.
