Hi all, Was surfin' the web and came across this website with some interesting pictures on. I am unsure of what gauge it is, therefore i put it in unknown. Well Callum it can/could come under 10 1/4" and 15" as im sure you can gather those pictures are of Cleethorpes from days gone by. Well done for finding it that brain cell of yours must have been workin' over time

10.25 gauge its on the site of the cclr before it became 15" and guess who the lad leaning on the G.W.R s tender is back in 1949?.Engines at the time where G.W.R.4-6-0, 4-6-2 Thompson pacific. a Rebuilt Royal Scot,and a very nice Carland piston valve pacific. Ray |
