I'm forwarding the following request from Dai Pickup of Ravenglass: ---------------------- "I am researching the miniature lines of the late Colin Gilbert of Lapworth Hall in Warwickshire who died in 1969. He had lines of three gauges in the grounds of his residence, thought to be 10 1/4 ; 7 1/2 and 9 1/4. Does anybody have any knowledge or reminiscences of the lines, stock (including present location) or photographs? Dai is not a member of this group. (Gilbert was instrumental in saving the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway from the scrap merchant in 1960 for preservation.
