Given the enclosed nature of the site, and the ridiculous gradients that would inevitably be involved, I'm assuming that they mean a land-train of some description.

Great find though Craig!

Wonder if the railway was running, through the art series?

If this goes ahead, it would create a unique miniature railway between the two attractions.

Don't think its a land train, maybe a miniature underground railway!

From what I have heard, I believe that a different party, seperate to Peco, are planning to build this new line. Apparantly the person doing so is very rich, so the cost of doing so will not be greatly significant to them. The other thing I have heard is that the new railway will finish just 30 feet from Peco, however at the moment there are no plans for an actual connection to the Peco line, something to do with Peco's manager being uninterested.

This of course could all just be a pipe dream...

I wonder if they are involved with the project to rebuild the Snailbeach District railway as well ;)

until there is tangible evidence i will remain sceptical of any scheme having heard the tales of rich people wanting to do things it rarely comes to being
