Last Sunday, 15th April, my wife and I had a very enjoyable meal in the "The Fancott" pub near Nr. Toddington in Bedfordshire, LU5 6HT. Their web site is here. The pub has had a make-over since I was last there a few years ago.

Afterwards, I went for a ride on Ron's 7.25" "Fancott Miniature Railway" at the back of the pub.

I was very impressed with both the smooth ride on a passenger vehicle and the quietness of the loco.

Unfortunately, I do not have enough hours in the day (BVR, etc.) to help at the "Fancott MR", but I can recommend it to anyone who wants to either sample a 7.25" ride or become a volunteer there.

Best wishes,
