I have tried asking in the 7 1/4" Association forum but no response. Can anyone here help please?

I saw your question on the 7 1/4 site. I wonder if you could try the webmaster at the 7 1/4 society, I would presume he can see who uploaded it and even if he won't tell you he could email the person with your details.

I think I saw this on Phoenix Loco website some while ago. Possibly built using the Project loco kit chassis.

Thanks for the suggestion Adrian. I have never heard back from the owner, although I did try Martyn's suggestion of getting in touch.

I have emailed Keith at Phoenix to see if he can help - apart from which his chassis could be an option.
