More details please!

The entire railway seems to be for sale as well.

Well that's a start! Would you know any more about it? Even basic dimensions would be useful.

Thanks

Fairbourne also has/had an L&B-style bogie van - perhaps info on that would be available if details on this one are not forthcoming?

Hi Will, thanks for the offer.

A few more photos, of course. But I would also love to have a few basic dimensions. Those, plus the photos, would allow me to work up a set of drawings for my own build.

Unless I win the national lottery, there would be no way for me to afford purchasing the railway, as it is on offer at this time. See here: http://www.tenquarter.org/sales-wanted/for-sale/railway-for-sale/

Best,

Chris

Surely there's no harm in making them an offer for the van on its own? I think that railway has been on the market for quite some time now, so I suspect the sellers would be glad to have even part of it taken off their hands. The worst they can do is say no!

Brilliant idea. I have sent a note along and will hope for a reply.
