Saw this in the local properties magazine... Clearly a private railway but has anyone seen it before or known about it?

Its a very nice house and a very nice railway which I have driven on once or twice. Its 7.25" but I don't know what stock will be going with it. The railway is very private but did open a couple of times a year to locals, although I don't think it has been open for a while. The owner also has a 2ft gauge 0-4-0 Hunslet which he keeps elsewhere.
