Dear All,

It has been recently highlighted to us an issue of member names.

We of course accept members who use alternative names and nicknames as e-mail addresses when registering. However for a member title we would like ALL members to consider using their real names or at least signing their posts with their real names, as a common courtesy to other members.

Without this, forum posts are basically anonymous and can give an uneasy feeling to other members. If posters do not have an anonymous member title, it is very likely more members will contribute and more open discussion will be had.

So we would encourage members to either sign their posts by altering their signatures or submitting a name change request to the team.

To do this: Go to top of page > Preferences > Under Board Controls select Change Username > Click Change Username

Obviously this is not compulsory but we strongly suggest members who don't use their real names, consider this.

If anyone needs any help with this or has any questions, just ask one of the team!

Thanks
Peter Bryant
