"Tinkerbell" class Locomotives; A planned Gnine modelling project

As you've seen on Gnine.info the stress so far appears to be on industrial miniature railways. Now thats not a fair reflection of what miniature railways are about. So to redress this imbalance I've set myself the task of building a Tinkerbell style loco. Not the original Tinkerbell but something newer style. Like the Moors Valley Railway "Perseus"
Now the MVR website is generally really helpful with nice pics and even some dimensions but it would appear Perseus is too new for that. Does anyone know anything about the size of it?
