Hi,
I'm trying to find out if a 7 1/4 gauge loco still exists. the details i have are:

Queen of colorado, No: 487

Steam locomotive built by David Curwen approx 1970

Denver and Rio Grande K36 Mikado

I believe it was privately owned and resided in Buckinghamshire.
Any information gratefully received.

Cheers
Tom

Is that not the one Chris Fincken has at his railway at Capon Bridge?

heard a rumour it might have gone to "Croesor Junction and Pacific" at Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd (spelling???) and owned by a J.B.Hollingsworth.

the search continues :)

B.Hollingsworth certainly did own it becuase it said so in my article which I havent got round to sending. I apologise for that! Very busy.

The line you say Croesor Junction and Pacific is now closed I think, so it may have moved on.
