Barlow pacifics?; dimensions needed

Over the Christmas break i fancy making an O9 model based loosely on one of the Harry Barlow TVO / electric locos as used at Southport, Lytham St Annes, Saltburn etc.

Its not going to be exact, more inspired by, but i'd like some approximate dimensions to work at, such that it looks proportional, just length of loco, length of tender, width, & height. Anyone got any clues?
