BVR #1, "Wroxham Broad" is due to go back to Kirklees for their 'Steam Gala' on 12th & 13th September next.

A few weeks later, on the weekend of the 3rd & 4th October, she is due to be at the Cleethorpes event 'Tanks for the Memories'.

The following weekend the 10th & 11th October, she will be back at the BVR for our 'Small Engines Gala'.

There is a rumour that she may be visiting “other” railways in 2010 as “Thomas”!

Best wishes,
David Barnes

From what I remember the Scout Car was a product of Daimler but I could be wrong!

Try this link for an explanation of the Daimler Scout Car
It may also explain the name of a Fairbourne locomotive.
Trevor Guest seemed to like Daimler engines.

Just read the bit about N01 Wroxham Broad spending more time at Cleethorpes off the track than on as the track was so bad. Lies,Lies and please get the facts right, it was the Longleat Coaches due to have no springing.
