Links Rules Galactic Archives Character profiles	Many years ago, the sentient species of the Milky Way were nearly wiped out by a foe known as the Raxan. This species was terrible and cruel, its overriding hive mind directing it towards one purpose: conquest of all. The Raxan were a race of beings with no kindness or compassion, as well as being incapable of feeling any kind of emotion at all. The Raxan were beaten back, however, and under threat of annihilation the Raxan agreed to never again take up arms, and were monitored closely to make sure they would honor their word. For over five hundred years, the Milky Way Galaxy enjoyed relative peace and prosperity under the Federation of Planets. The galaxy was seemingly on its way towards Utopia, a new golden age of cooperation between races. However, that would not last. The Federation became bloated and corrupt. They mishandled many catastrophes, wronging several species that were considered to be minor in the galactic stage. Their mangled policies and crippling red tape led towards a violent uprising by a group known as the Rebellion. EIn addition, the Raxan seemed to be with them. The Rebellion "liberated" the surrounding planets and it appears that they had established an alliance with the Raxan. With the ultimate warrior race on their side, the Rebellion is a threat the Federation can no longer ignore. The galaxy is tearing apart at the seams. Name: Lewis Nicoli Age: 40 Gender: Male Race: Human Description: A tall man with blond hair. Dressed in a nice suit and tie Personality: Nicoli has trained himself to be calm under any situation Likes: Politics, diplomacy, military actions Dislikes: Dissidents, violation of human rights, murder of ___ civilians Psychic Alignment: Astral Warrior Class: Scientist Fighting Style: Non Combatant... if forced, hit and runner Strengths: Persuasion, diplomacy Weaknesses: unknown Stats: Start with your race's stats, add the gains from your class, and add 25 in the areas of your choice. Power: 11 Speed: 11 Endurance: 11 Intelligence: 30 Senses: 10 Psychic: 16 Stealth: 11 History: Nicoli was raised in a well off family in a region known formerally as the US. He grew up and stuided business and law and fouded his own pharmaceutical company. His first few years as the CEO of New Age pharmaceutical corps wasnt that successful, his company was couple million dollars in debt and continuing to fall. It was only becasue of a viral outbreak that spreaded world wide and throuhgout the federation and his vaccine that was created just in time that has allowed his company to recover. Nicoli's reputation was recognised throughout the federation. the following year, Nicoli nominated himself to be a candidate for Secretary General of the Federation and was elected at 98% votes. Nicoli now works in the Former UN building transformed into the Federation Admin building wiht his office on the 50th floor. Eventhouhgh he is a well known figure in the Federation, some skeptics suspected him to be the cause of the viral outbreak due to his solution to the viral outbreak that was announced 2 days after the outbreak. the opposition party always accused him of being a 'coward' Because he "misuses the federation military strength to create an armada of ships which he is always hiding behind to make himself look powerful." ((some speculate that if he were to engate in real combat, his dreadnout would be the first to flee which would automatically demoralizes the troops and result in a full retreat.)) Otherwise, it's good. dont worry i wont.. this guy will just be sitting on his ass in the Fed office ordering my fighter character where to go... cus in RL soliders dont go where they want to go, they go wehre their country tells them to go.... So this guy will give some forewarning of where my other guy will be going to on the 'news'
