Links Rules Galactic Archives Character profiles	Many years ago, the sentient species of the Milky Way were nearly wiped out by a foe known as the Raxan. This species was terrible and cruel, its overriding hive mind directing it towards one purpose: conquest of all. The Raxan were a race of beings with no kindness or compassion, as well as being incapable of feeling any kind of emotion at all. The Raxan were beaten back, however, and under threat of annihilation the Raxan agreed to never again take up arms, and were monitored closely to make sure they would honor their word. For over five hundred years, the Milky Way Galaxy enjoyed relative peace and prosperity under the Federation of Planets. The galaxy was seemingly on its way towards Utopia, a new golden age of cooperation between races. However, that would not last. The Federation became bloated and corrupt. They mishandled many catastrophes, wronging several species that were considered to be minor in the galactic stage. Their mangled policies and crippling red tape led towards a violent uprising by a group known as the Rebellion. EIn addition, the Raxan seemed to be with them. The Rebellion "liberated" the surrounding planets and it appears that they had established an alliance with the Raxan. With the ultimate warrior race on their side, the Rebellion is a threat the Federation can no longer ignore. The galaxy is tearing apart at the seams. He has a wrinkled face with thin, silvery hair on the sides of his head. His eyes are grey. From the waist down, he is anything but normal. He uses what appears to be a wheelchair connected to his body with 8 long, spiderlike legs instead of wheels. This is his only method of locomotion. Personality: Cold. Calculating. Ambitious. These are all words that come to mind describing Rochette. His commanding skills are equal to Genghis Khan, George Washington, Napoleon, or Hannibal. He is also as ambitious as them. If he has his way, he will rule the galaxy with the Raxan as his enforcers. Likes: Power, proving himself, spaghetti Dislikes: Losing, being held back, the Federation. Psychic Alignment: Telepath Warrior Class: Psychic Fighting Style: Rochette prefers not to fight, however if he must, he uses his powerful mind instead of his body to attack. His ability with psionics is so great he can attack foes miles away and converse with people light-years away with his mind. Strengths: Psychic abilities Weaknesses: Physical attacks Stats: Power- 18 Speed- 6 Endurance- 16 Senses- 6 Psychic- 32 Stealth- 11 Extra Abilities: (if applicable) Shields - Cyborgs have 50% extra endurance against non-physical attacks. History: Rochette was the product of a secret communist project to breed a more capable military commander. He was born to two specially selected individuals as an illegitimate birth. Rochette was trained from an extremely early age in commanding. Gradually, however, he became more and more ambitious The turning point came when Rochette seized control of all the robots in the facility and killed off all the researchers who refused to obey him. He would have instigated a national crisis if the government hadn’t bombed the facility. What they didn’t know, however, was that Rochette survived but was paralyzed from the waist down. The facility’s robots cared for him and supported him until he built a personal transport device that looked like a wheelchair with legs. The government never revealed what had happened in the facility. Rochette escaped Earth and became a wanderer. He learned of the corruption and weakness of the Federation, and he had a plan. He started the Rebellion, which for 3 long years was kept secret as an underground movement which swept across the galaxy. He recruited the Raxan army, and then, like a snake in the grass, he struck the galaxy with the force of a sledgehammer. Pictures: Visual info Other: Anything else
