Links Rules Galactic Archives Character profiles	Many years ago, the sentient species of the Milky Way were nearly wiped out by a foe known as the Raxan. This species was terrible and cruel, its overriding hive mind directing it towards one purpose: conquest of all. The Raxan were a race of beings with no kindness or compassion, as well as being incapable of feeling any kind of emotion at all. The Raxan were beaten back, however, and under threat of annihilation the Raxan agreed to never again take up arms, and were monitored closely to make sure they would honor their word. For over five hundred years, the Milky Way Galaxy enjoyed relative peace and prosperity under the Federation of Planets. The galaxy was seemingly on its way towards Utopia, a new golden age of cooperation between races. However, that would not last. The Federation became bloated and corrupt. They mishandled many catastrophes, wronging several species that were considered to be minor in the galactic stage. Their mangled policies and crippling red tape led towards a violent uprising by a group known as the Rebellion. EIn addition, the Raxan seemed to be with them. The Rebellion "liberated" the surrounding planets and it appears that they had established an alliance with the Raxan. With the ultimate warrior race on their side, the Rebellion is a threat the Federation can no longer ignore. The galaxy is tearing apart at the seams. A hard core Capitalist. Likes: Fed Credits, monopoly, profit, productivity, 'convincing' powerful friends to see things his way Dislikes: Competition, loss, expenses, enviromental laws, righteous people, bear market, enviromental pacts Psychic Alignment: Telekinetic Warrior Class: Strategist Fighting Style: Octavian does not fight, however if necessary, he will hire hordes of mercenaries to do his dirty work. Strengths: Whatever Money can buy Weaknesses: Greed Stats: Power: 10 Speed: 7 Endurance: 13 Intelligence: 10 Senses: 10 Psychic: 2 Stealth: 8 Extra Abilities: (if applicable) History: Octavian was borned into a business family. He was inherited his father's company, vectors. in 20 years, octavian was able to help his company grow from a small mining company to a multinational company during the federation's years of economic prosperity where Vectors had its taxes and fees subsidized by the federation. His commpany specialises with resource extraction from tree cutting, food harvesting, mining and oil extraction. Throughout his life time in office of Vectors, he has quelled down many demonstrations many of which ended up in violence as he hired mercenaries to detain the protestors. Octavian was doing well in vectors when he suddenly resigned from his company (which he owns up to 70% of the stocks) and started working in the politics field promising to bring a better future to the oxtervis industry. He worked in the field for 2 years when the rebellion broke out and and was elected as prime minister by 'default'. His quick rise to political power was questioned by many people, some suspect that he hired mercenaries to take out the other candidates and put the blame on the rebellion. Currently Vectors owns resource extraction assets on all federation planets. With the addition of spring to the federation, Vectors was given exclusive grants to hunting and tree harvesting. Vecotrs is looking to establish more assets on Spring, to compensate for the recent loss of all of its assets on yule.

This guy has an industrial foothold on spring in trees and hunting and he wants a bigger pie, and he intends to get it 'legally' through the federation meeting.
