Name: Ly1yth Age: created over 20 years ago, but updated several times and had to have mindwipes Gender: Female personality Race: Federation AI Description: A floating drone smaller than the palm on one's hand, but this is usually hidden by the hologram (see picture) Personality: She acts very odd, mainly because she is an artificial intelligence, but usually acts in a upbeat and happy manner, but often makes sarcastic comments or jokes about those around her. She often is very curious to the point of sometimes being annoying. She gets very iratable in either spam zones (areas with a lot of network traffic flooding her with useless spam, advertisements, redirections, ect.) or in dead zones (areas with no network traffic) Likes: Toying around with the computer systems around her and causing mischief, learning new things, meeting new sentients (her word for people) Dislikes: Combat, someone trying to screw with her programing, someone telling her what to do, someone reaching inside her or poking the hovering drone Fighting Style: Since technically Ly1yth can't even hold a gun or a blade she has perfected other techniques for fighting. She often simply runs for it, all in the meantime using her computer systems to cripple enemies, from reprogramming sentry turrets, to even activating the smartlock system on most weapons, making them completely useless. Strengths: Hacking, creating computer programs, scouting Weaknesses: Anything that actually requires her to hold something (most direct combat) Stats: Start with your race's stats and add 25 in the areas of your choice. Power- 3, Ly1yth can't hold anything, but the drone does have a small tractor beam for grabbing objects, this is mainly used to lift small items or open doors, this certainly not made for combat Speed- 12 Ly1yth is capable of flight and her physical self is very hard to hit target. Endurance- 5 Ly1th wasn't made for combat at all, most ballistics impacts will most likely cripple her or destroy the drone Senses- 20 Ly1th was made for observation, she can easily use security cameras to perceive her environment and is equipped with long range scanners. Psychic- 0 Ly1yth is a robot... Stealth- 15 When the Hologram is disabled (only when she wants to hide) Ly1yth is very hard to find, otherwise she stands out quite brightly Abilities- Ly1yth has a very advanced electronics warfare kit and is able to disable weapons by hacking into they're safelock systems, She can reprogram computers and technology much faster than any living being History: Information retrieval is a lucrative business, while hackers may be able to crack codes, and restore chuncks of lost data, they can't manipulate a a computer's basic programing. It takes a special machine to whiz past a mainframe's safeties, subvert it's core hardware, and make it dance to a merry tune. MerenData Manufactured only one copy of it's Positronic Processing unit, it was given the name Ly1yth It was an experimental project for Federation Intelligence. This small drone was stuffed with more memory and computing power than units one hundred time's it's size. Initial performance tests were impressive, but Federation supervisors were disappointed with the machine's feisty nature. Often she refused direct orders and aimless noodled around within the computer networks, simply because she was bored. MarenData's engineers threw up they're hands in resignation, with that much processing power, behavioral quirks were inevitable. Ly1yth was the only copy produced before the whole project was scrapped. The experiment was quietly canceled. Ly1yth was no longer used for combat roles, her original intention was to accompany spec. ops into combat missions and provide support. From hacking open doors, reprogramming turrets, hijacking vehicles, to even disabling enemy weapons, due to the use of ID smart locks. Ly1yth has often had to have memory wipes of her former actions, she still doesn't remember the trials of anything about her past. She eventually developed a holographic "avatar" that she uses in place of the floating drone. While the hologram projector was intended for use of providing maps, she has converted it to allow herself to appear as something to suit how she actually is, not how her creators build her. She still often messes around with the computer systems around her, often giving headaches to whoever is monitoring the security systems. Whenever she is blamed she often acts with an offended innocence, playfully denying the act yet taking credit for the feat. She is often assigned to whoever hasn't had to deal with her yet, she is willing to make friends yet not get told exactly what to do.
