Links Rules Galactic Archives Character profiles	Many years ago, the sentient species of the Milky Way were nearly wiped out by a foe known as the Raxan. This species was terrible and cruel, its overriding hive mind directing it towards one purpose: conquest of all. The Raxan were a race of beings with no kindness or compassion, as well as being incapable of feeling any kind of emotion at all. The Raxan were beaten back, however, and under threat of annihilation the Raxan agreed to never again take up arms, and were monitored closely to make sure they would honor their word. For over five hundred years, the Milky Way Galaxy enjoyed relative peace and prosperity under the Federation of Planets. The galaxy was seemingly on its way towards Utopia, a new golden age of cooperation between races. However, that would not last. The Federation became bloated and corrupt. They mishandled many catastrophes, wronging several species that were considered to be minor in the galactic stage. Their mangled policies and crippling red tape led towards a violent uprising by a group known as the Rebellion. EIn addition, the Raxan seemed to be with them. The Rebellion "liberated" the surrounding planets and it appears that they had established an alliance with the Raxan. With the ultimate warrior race on their side, the Rebellion is a threat the Federation can no longer ignore. The galaxy is tearing apart at the seams. Unregistered	Legend tells us of a great war between the Gods of the High Heavens and the Demons of the Burning Hells. And of seven artifacts of power……. It all began with the creation of the world. The gods used a magical sphere to shape it and then filled it with life. They called their creation Terona, and watched over it for thousands of years. Under the gods’ watchful eyes, the world prospered and grew. But where there is good, there is also evil. The god Xerror wanted power, and he challenged his brother Cedor for control. Xerror lost the battle and was banished from Heaven, to live life on earth as a mortal. But consumed with greed and the lust of power, darkness took Xerror and his power grew beyond anyone’s imagination. He renamed himself Hellron and created a kingdom underground, where he styled himself god. The Burning Hells was born. He launched a war to take control of the heavens and his armies won battle after battle, until they reached the Gates of Heaven itself. Not even the gods could stop Hellron and his crusade for power. But the gods did have a secret weapon, seven artifacts known as the Cylix. The angel Cynthia used the Cylixes to battle Hellron and in the end, she sacrificed herself to banish Hellron and his armies to hell forever. When the war was over, the Cylixes were passed onto the races that had allied themselves with the High Heaven, who took the Cylixes and enshrined them. And for five hundred years, the world was at peace. But that peace did not last long. The kings of the mortals were corrupted by greed, each wanting the Cylixes for themselves, each wanting power. And so, they launched a war. A war that forever changed the history of Terona. The gods were furious when news of the conflict reached them. They finally realized that that the seven Cylixes could not be trusted in the hands of mortals. And so they took them from their resting places and sealed them in different parts of the world, making sure they would never be found again. When the Cylixes were safely hidden, the gods left. Once again, the world was at peace and for two thousand years that peace remained. Slowly, the people of Terona forgot about the weapons that had banished the Demons and caused the Gods to leave. But the spell cast by the Gods that kept the Demons away from the world was wearing away and the Demons were once again unleashed. The only way to destroy them completely is by using the Cylixes, but the Gods never left any instructions as to how to find them. Those Cylixes has to be found before it is too late............. …………An Evil Storm is brewing. Are you ready to face the Storm?
