All prison sentences will be made stricter for those who break the Declaration of Human Rights, or who break laws which have been implemented for the protection of vulnerable or helpless persons living in this land.

Also, prison sentences for gun-crime offenders will go up in the wake of the gun amnesty (should the bill be passed)

Money for funding will come from a raise in tobacco taxation, a move which will also bolster Social Affairs, as less people have to put up with cigarette smokers.

This bil will (probably) recieve Royal Dissent

EDITED so that the false information about economy isn't still there.

A nice and sensible bill, which I expect will pass with another landslide majority.

I'm not sure how increasing taxes will help the economy though - if anything, it will harm it.

That won't stop me voting on this bill though - you have my support. :)

I'm voting for it, especially as Mr Commoncold has given it his approval, so it being passed will clearly help the country.
