This Bill will set up an organisation which provides 0% interest loans to people wishing to set up their business. There will be a time limit (of several years) within which the recipients have to repay the loans , but they will not have to provide any extra money. These grants will only be granted to businesses deemed likely to succeed, and so will encourage the growth of successful businesses, providing a much needed boost to the economy. The funding for the organisation will come from the increase in taxation reveune due to the growth of the economy, and the initial money will come from the money saved due to no longer having to provide certain exams (this will not be needed for long, as the bill should produce money quickly) Applicants for the loans will also be made to take a course in business management skills. This will also be subsidised by the money saved from exams, and will further ensure the success of the businesses. |

I could make it more controlling, but that defeats the whole point of it being enterprise. |

Hmmm... I was on the brink of creating a bill like this myself, but it looks like you've done my job for me. One question though - where will the initial funding come from? |

Surely you should make them take the management course to provide better investment of government money. |

support... not sure if exams cost quite that much tho - after all they are only subsidised by the government, not fully funded...
