NOTES a sudden rise in the amount of people leaving the country is seriously damaging the economy. INTENDS to discourage this through the declaration of all produce and money the property of Democratia. Any person or company leaving the country permanently will be required to leave anything that origanally belonged here. Any money gained or economic resources produced from Democratia will be transfered to the government as a taxation. The exemption from this concerns the transference of imports. If the product in question is a result of an import that occured within the last 2 years then it will not be classed as property of Democratia. This is the same for money earned abroad although this will be a permanent exclusion from the classification. The classification will only be applicable to those intent on leaving the country permanently. Anyone living in Democratia will still have control over their products/money. |

Sorry, misread it - my other point stands though. 2. This is a horrific bill, a repression of basic human rights. The state has no right to confiscate goods for such a purpose. I shall be voting against this bill, and urge others to do the same. |

Truly horrid. Truly repulsive. And I'm not just talking about HRH. The treaty is basically repression of human rights, nationalistic, jingoistic, racist and oppressive. |

You fools don't seem to realise that this bill could remove all of our economical crisiseseses in one fell swoop! With the option of leaving the country gone they'll have to stay here and be at mercy to our taxation! |

Only if they plan on leaving the country. Those who stay and live here will continue as they always did, completely unaffected by the bill, and, after all, they're the ones that count. |

But the point is that you have no right to stop people. You don't own them or their belongings. This is just a power mad government seizing control of the populace in whatever way it can, under the guise of economic improvements. If this is passed, expect riots. |

recent poll by AMAN: Do you want the government to control more aspects of economics and welfare? 98% - YES 2% - NO margin of error - 2% see the people LIKE to be told what to do I dont think there will be riots. Well there might be if a certain admin gets stroppy about us beating his game |

*does not believe poll* Nothing has that big a majority... <_< Anyways, it would probably start off as protests - if they're ignored, then there might be riots. |

Also, controlling more aspects of economics and welfare in no way implies forcing people to leave everything behind if they leave the country. And thank you to the two people who made the vote 4 all. I thought it was going to be passed at one point. |
