Nobody named bill may make a bill unless he creates a separate bill asking if he may make a Bill bill. Actually, this is the TELEVISION LICENSE BILL. The price of Television licenses will be increased, as will fines for offenders. Then it will be raised by another 5%. This money will be split between any television stations that do not use advertising, with the extra 5% being used to fund environmental causes. |

This country was based on the UK, so TV licenses already exist... you could change where the revenue goes or increase the costs if you wanted to though. |

Well I can't change the costs since there is no clear exchange rate, is there? Mmm... |

When it comes to funding, simply put in vague comments like "The price of Television Licenses will be increased, as will fines for offenders.". |

Hmmm... I don't think that it's a good idea to randomly give out public funds to any old TV station, without any checks on quality of programming or broadcasting ability... *votes against* |

CC0 IS WRONG FOR ONCE! If Democratia is based off of the UK any television channel already has to go through extensive quality checks befroe it is allowed to broadcast. WIN! EDIT: For example, that's why BBC 4 was released before BBC 3. It met the quality standards first, even though 3 was the first concept. |
