"Pluto-tax act" repeal bill

This bill will repeal the Pluto-tax act and reverse all action taken under the act but wont return any money :P Also all rich people will be treated a lot better in future

I believe he's just removing the high tax rate, so that they won't have to pay so much in the future.

My point was that the only action taken under the act was to take people's money away, and so if you're not returning any money you won't be reversing any action.

Basically it's an amendment, not repeal.

It in effect makes it a one-off tax, in effect a fee, so returns the tax rate to normal FOR AFTER THIS YEAR.
