This bill will repeal the Pluto-tax act and reverse all action taken under the act but wont return any money Also all rich people will be treated a lot better in future

I believe he's just removing the high tax rate, so that they won't have to pay so much in the future. |

My point was that the only action taken under the act was to take people's money away, and so if you're not returning any money you won't be reversing any action. |

Basically it's an amendment, not repeal. It in effect makes it a one-off tax, in effect a fee, so returns the tax rate to normal FOR AFTER THIS YEAR. |
