This is the parliamentary question time for questions to the Home Office.

Members of the Commons may question the government on Home Office policies. Each member is limited to one question per week.

This House recognises that there is no appointed Home Secretary, and so opens the floor to all government ministers.

This House recognises Boohistory as the Leader of the Opposition, and as such grants her the right to ask six questions per week.

The government may only be asked to answer one question at a time - no new questions may be submitted until the previous one has been answered. If the government does not answer, action may be taken by the speaker of the commons.

I therefore open this session with the following question:

Will the government please outline to this house its law and order policies?

A Constitution and a Bill of Human Rights will be the main priorities of the Birthday Party's agenda, but there are also less vital but still pressing issues which will be tackled. Equality will be a particular issue which will be addressed with consultation with independant quangos, and this will lead to a better understanding of shared humanity. Grafitti will be dealt with at a local level by councils, but the prison servie will have a large shake-up, with better and more constant categorisation of prisoners, a developed early release scheme, and the rights of the defendant and prosecutor being equal in shared anonymity. Rehabilitation for prisoners will also be improved, with offender-specific rehab available.

You're involved with Birthday Party policy now? :P

Anyways...

I thank the Environment Secretary for his answer and open the session to the house.
