This is the parliamentary question time for questions to the Department of the Environment. Members of the Commons may question the government on its environmental policy. Each member is limited to one question per week. This House recognises that there is no appointed minister for the environment, and so opens the floor to all government ministers. This House recognises Pokemaniac John as the Shadow Minister of State for the Environment, and as such grants him the right to ask six questions per week. The government may only be asked to answer one question at a time - no new questions may be submitted until the previous one has been answered. If the government does not answer, action may be taken by the speaker of the commons. I therefore open this session with the following question: Will the government please outline to this house its environmental policy? |

The Boo Party hopes to maintain our countries excellent environmental factors. To destroy our beautiful countryside, built by the Citizens of Democratia. In its current state it is at a satisfactory level and requires little management. However, if the oppurtunity arrises in the other governmental activities to further this section, we will take action. |

Would the Deputy Prime Minister be able to clarify his second sentence? At the moment it appears to say that you aim to destroy the countryside, which I'm sure is not the case. |

No, I mean if an idea is suggested by the public which could benefit the environment while not damaging the other areas, we will take it on board. |

Well, yes. I mean, we arn't going to bust a company just for leaving an office light on overnight are we? It's only in large areas, such as the policy in Bristol, where people tell the council about buildings with lights left on overnight... |
