This is the parliamentary question time for questions to the Treasury.

Members of the Commons may question the government on its economic policy and/or government finance. Each member is limited to one question per week.

This House recognises Master Dingley as the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and as such invites him to answer questions on behalf of the government. Other ministers may answer in his place though.

This House recognises Miniyoda008 as the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer, and as such grants him the right to ask six questions per week.

The government may only be asked to answer one question at a time - no new questions may be submitted until the previous one has been answered. If the government does not answer, action may be taken by the speaker of the commons.

I therefore open this session with the following question:

Will the government please outline to this house its economic policy?

We plan to keep going as we were :)
If taxing is needed it will be done, but we shall keep it rational.
In other means the sock tax I wanted won't go through ;)

How do you intend to keep our primary and secondary sectors strong enough so that we are not totally reliant on imported goods?

As said, currently the economy is holding tight, we will keep going as we were.
I believe we are not reliant on imported goods therefore we shall continue as we did last term :)

Point of order!

Miniyoda008 is no longer the Shadow Chancellor. The right to ask extra questions is now granted to Pokemaniac John.

May I ask why you say the economy is "Holding tight", when it is almost low enough for a vote of no confidence in the chancellor to be called?

Obviously now the Economy isnt douing to great, therefore action will be taken :)
It is currently being decided what type of actions but it will be dealt with.
The reason fo rthios is that the chancellor of the exchequer has been out of the country and unable to get computer access ;)
