Well, Boris has got tonight to think about whether he should stand as the Tories candidate against Ken Livingstone. So what do you think? Is it right for a Henley MP to try and become mayor of London? Would he boost or damage the Tory vote? Could he win?

You have to admit though, if anybody's going to beat Ken, it would be hilarious if it was Boris. ;)

If he stood he'd stand a good chance of ending apathy - especially among young people. I'm not sure if university students there count as residents, but if they do Boris may well stand a chance.
