Acutally, legislation motions are put to a vote before guillotine motions. As such, I intend to think fast. Be sure to catch my next exiting post which will be in... the Rail Network Bill Motion (the other one, not this one).

I move that the Speaker's bill be deemed invalid for being considered for vote at this time as it contravenes article 5a of the Ostentian Constitution for the Speaker to consider it for vote at this time
