Gah, sorry I couldn't get on earlier. The history lecture I was at lasted longer than expected...

The results of the vote are as follows:
Ayes to the right: 7
Nos to the left: 1

The ayes have it! The budget is therefore approved by this house and shall be implemented tommorrow, as I am far too tired to do anything tonight.
