THE EXILIAN ECHO Democratia ceases to exist! Democratia sank beneath the waves yesterday in a shocking end to the Exilian involvement in the Democratian crisis. In last weeks edition it was revealed use of nuclear weapons had been authorised and yesterday a tactical missile was fired from the HMS Victorious at the centre of the Dalek Horde. All Dalek forces were destroyed in the blast. However the shockwaves caused by the blast triggered a dormant supervolcano underneath Democratia which erupted violently causing Democratia to sink beneath the waves. Initial reports indicate there were no survivours of Democratia. Niatland has cut off diplomatic relations with Exilia in response to the use of nuclear weapons. Privy Council collapses! There was chaos in Exa yesterday when the Privy council chambers collapsed suddenly and without warning. The 800 year old building was previously a royal palace before being converted for use by the Privy Council and is one of Exilia's 7 Cultural Landmarks. Structural Engineers discovered the cause of the failure was Zig's folly, an incomplete wine cellar nearly 3 floors deep, created by King Zig when he discovered the wine making capabilities of Exilian soil. The supports inside gave way after extra stress caused by a volcanic eruption which caused the building to collapse. Feature: The Seven Exilian Wonders Exilia is a country known throughout the world.
