Mr Speaker, with my ammendment motion now passed,

"I move that the Coursework/Examination Bill be passed into law."

Before anyone sitting on the government benches jumps up and shouts "Aha! We didn't call the bill a bill, so you can't move that it get passed into law!", I would like to point out that during my time as Speaker, many bills were made which did not have the word "bill" in the title. However, motions referring to them as bills and passing them into law were still made, and no objections were raised at the time. I believe is therefore fair to say that this is now established parliamentary procedure. As a result, I believe that any objections to this motion regarding the fact that the government has given their bill the wrong title can be dismissed. [/pre-emptive strike]

I put motion in the topic title because this is a motion. For a Prime Minister you really do make odd claims of victory sometimes. -_-

So basically, I was right.

This thread still has "motion" in the name.

You're not right, you're irrelevant. I was referring to the fact that the Bill originally had motion in its name. The fact that this motion had motion in its name is irrelevant.

And I was refering to this thread. So, in fact, it was more on-topic than your statement ^_^

No, because your post was absolutely pointless. If anything, you were spamming. :ph43r:
