The other motion was blocked, what makes you think this one won't be? Everything is already covered by the National Gun Permits Bill.

What is this sudden obsession with bills contradicting each other. The most recent takes precedent as it has always done and theres no problem...

Because this:
Adapted from the Gun Control Bill

Under this bill, it will now become illegal to own a handgun.

is more or less the same as this:
Adapted from the National Gun Permits Bill

Under this bill a new system, will be implemented which outlaws the possession of arms without a permit. With the exclusion of shotguns for farming, hunting, antiques and re-enactments (theatre troupes, re-enactment group, ren-faire people), no firearm shall be legal.

Hand guns are banned. That's all the Gun Control bill does. If anything, the National Gun Permits Bill is more comprehsnsive.
