Mr Speaker,

"I move that this house state its outrage over the government's conduct during the election and calls upon the Prime Minister to resign."

Isn't this effectively a no confidence motion but without any legality behind it?...

It's a warning shot.

This is all getting a little silly. I don't think the majority is large enough for a proper government, but I don't feel attacks should be made against the Boo party. Can it be settled somewhere else so we can run the country? I thought the ODP was against

If this motion is passed it will be a shame what Ostentian politics has come to.

I'm a Scot, so I'm used to parties just attacking the SNP and the SNP generally winning arguements. But they generally get work done, and the minority isn't as small as it is here.

Again, selective quoting. What I was criticising in my manifesto was parties that had no policies and only tried to get in by slandering their opponents.

And if an issue of who runs the country cannot be settled in the House of Commons, then what does that say about our democracy?

For the record, I have no intention of bombarding the government with motions such as these. Once this is voted on (if it is voted on) then I will accept the result.

I think most parties would agree that slander brings nothing constructive to our politics and the DLP will not join any attacks on parties, we will show our opinion, but we shall respect the result of elections, even if there is rumour of minor tampering.

The issue of who runs the government is decided at election time, the rest of the time the issue is what is best for the people of Ostentia, and if the majority have voted for Boo then so it be, we must make sure that the people of Ostentia get a first rate service.

I am happy you will not continue to lead a crusade, but I am making it heard that I will not stand for much more of this.

Motion ammended to make a more serious point.

I hope people agree that this is not pointless. A clear message needs to be sent that the use of inactives is not acceptable.
