Why guillotine?

If the speaker deems it unconstitutional (which is likely as he generally obeys cc0's every word), then this motion will be void.
If he doesn't, then there would probably be at least as many people voting against the motion as supporting the guillotine motion.

I really see no point in guillotine motions.

It's not unconstitutional, just... pointless, considering the government could just repeal it instantly in the event of an actual threat.
