The resonance I'm calling for coalitions is because 50% of people want neither of the two front-runners in power.

But any coalition that would be formed without the two front runners would also be opposed by at least 50% of the people.

...there will be a run-off AFTER coalitions are formed, you do realise...

EDIT: 'Resonance' is due to me writing that on the Wii... and apparently spelling reason wrong and it assuming I meant resonance.

plqx - I know. I didn't mention blue_strat for that reason. He is not active. He is not on. I am on about 3/4 of the normal day at the moment. I personally from a moderative point of view would have to agree with the vox populi on this one.

Cieran - have you heard the phrase "conspicuous by his absence"? Because master dingley and Lewis had been conspicuous by their absence during the past term. It was easy to spot their rearrival.

On another, doomier gloomier note: I'm getting worried about the German style of weak governments at the moment.

And I'm getting worried that my home secretary has just called the government weak.

Cheer up, if my sources are correct, there will be no coalitions, which means we've made it into the run off. :)

I am. I'm just worried for the future, you know, after we fall from power in a glorious coup d'etat.

As I said, he often doesn't sign in. He's not active in a posting sense but he is in a being here and observing sense...

Well, maybe you should talk through your usual communicative channels and ask him to log in more often. Just a thought. :)

I'm sorry - but I see this in being so incredibly dodgy.

Even more dodgy than our newest member?

If the newest member voted then he voted ODP - which has gained 100% of the votes since yesterday evening...

I can account for 7 votes... but if I get an 8th then I'm confused.

And the DSP have got a vote this morning as well. It was 5-5 before I voted, and it's now 7-6.

I can account for my vote, Joe's vote, DMHowe's vote and possibly someone else's who I won't say and isn't blue_strat. He may have voted, I don't know, I havn't seen him on since the first round...
