I move that this House has no confidence in the leadership set forth by the Boo Party.

Firstly, the Boo Party are not currently in power.

Secondly, in the circumstances no motions of no confidence may be put forward, as no ratings have fallen below 30%.

Thirdly, you may only call a vote of no confidence if you shadow the appropriate minister or are opposition leader.

There's probably a fourthly, but I'll leave it at that.
