Objection, the budget for this term has not yet been laid out. Doesn't the House stay closed until then?

FURTHERMORE, the opening statement was created before this. It should be voted on first due to the distinct lack of a queue when it was made.

This motion is illegal.

DOUBLE COUNTER-OBJECTION!!!!

First of all, it has never been the case that parliament doesn't open until the budget is made.

Secondly, the opening motion is merely a statement motion, while this is a legislation motion. It therefore takes precedence!

EDIT: Oh yeah, Aye!

TRIPLE COUNTER OBJECTION... or something

Regardless of priority, the Statement came first and should have been moved immediatly due to the fact nothing else was in the way.

Furthermore, wasn't there limitations on who could propose this because it was Constitutional or something? I might be making that bit up though...

Aye!

And voting on a motion doesn't normally start until late afternoon evening, so this was moved before the usual start time, so gained priority.

Just in case, NO.

But as it was under TTF and CC0, Parliament didn't open till a couple of days after any election happened...

We want the sim started as soon as possible, non?

And CC0 seems to think this is legal. He should know.
