Name: Mapanganibayan
Official Name: The Republic of Mapanganibayan

Politics:
Head of State: Emperor Pango-Puno XXVIII
Government Type: Crowned Republic
Executive Branch: The Emperor is the official ruler of Mapanganibayan. However, he is barely active in politics, being little more than a figurehead. The country is governed by a president, elected directly by the country's citizens, and a cabinet appointed by the Emperor. This system has led to many problems of disputes between the cabinet and the president.
Legislative Branch: An elected house similar to Ostentia's own House of Commons votes on all legislation. The Emperor officially holds the power to veto any piece of legislation approved by the house. However, this power has not been exercised since the reign of Pango-Puno XXII.

Geography:
The country's southern and western regions are largely comprised of wetlands, and almost all of these areas are covered in rice farms. To the north and east, there are extensive mountain ranges, which have historically acted as a natural defence against neighbouring countries. Most of the nation's larger cities are located in valleys within these mountain ranges, and are often at risk from landslides.

Economy:
The mountains of Mapanganibayan are rich in raw minerals, and many of these are exported to nearby countries. Much of their food is imported, as little besides rice can be grown there. Despite the export of minerals, Mapanganibayan is quite poor, as many of its citizens are subsistence farmers.

Diplomacy:
Ambassador to Ostentia: None.
Ostentian Ambassador: None.
Formal Relations: No.

International Relations:
Empthrinia: No contact between the two countries.
Nellapaland: No contact between the two countries.
Aspar: No contact between the two countries.
Eronam: In the past, there has been some trade between the two countries. However, there is practically no contact between them now.
Wo: There is little known contact between the two countries, though they do have formal relations.
Exilia: There is some trade between the two countries. Besides this, there is little contact.
Autocratia: One of Emperor Pango-Puno's most notable political actions has been his refusal to recognize Autocratia. The Emperor accuses them of various war crimes relating to their invasion of Democratia, and takes every opportunity to criticise and even openly insult the Autocratian administration.
Democratia: Before Democratia was invaded, the two countries traded extensively. However, at the start of Autocratia's invasion, all trade was stopped. It is believed this was due to pressure from the UCCR.
Gelland: No contact between the two countries.
Christophia: The two countries maintain formal relations, and are on good terms. However, there is not much contact.
Topanto: No contact between the two countries.
The UCCR: Relations with the UCCR are sour. Emperor Pango-Pungo believes them to be worse than Autocratia, but has not acted on this, fearing for his country's safety if he should do so. Despite this, there is some trade between the two countries. It is believed the two countries aid each other in a war effort, and without the UCCR's help, Mapanganibayan would struggle to survive.
Parsko: No contact between the two countries.
Lamaland: No contact between the two countries.
Bangilombra: Mapanganibayan exports large quantities of rice to Bangilombra, and the two countries are friendly.
