Under this bill, 100 units of surplus spending in the Industry and Business will be allocated as a trust fund for various business bureaus (including Chamber of Commerces) throughout the nation to utilize to attract businesses and increase consumer spending. It is the belief of this government that if our business advocacy organizations can both utilize existing and new funds in a efficient manner, they can extend their reach to businesses and consumers and will likely result in increased sales, thus quickening the cash flow. |
