Under this Act―

1. The Assembly shall consist of 400 Assemblymen. They shall be divided by population amongst the provinces and elected via the D'Hondt method of proportional representation.

2. Elections shall be held every two months.

3. Convicted felons serving prison sentences and bankrupt persons shall be disenfranchised.

4. All political parties shall be required to be registered with the Speaker's Office before an election; any person who does not run under a registered party shall be listed as "No Party Affiliation", except the Speaker, who shall be listed as "Speaker seeking reelection".
