Employers are responsible for the health and safety of all the employees, and are legally bound to provide safer and healthier atmosphere at workplace. Legal responsibilities to find out and correct the health and safety issues at workplaces rest on the shoulders of employers and contractors. Workplaces should be free from hazards, and should comply with all the rules related to occupational health and safety.
