I agree Ann, it is Hickory Hairstreak.

Hickory Hairstreak has an orange spot under the blue lunule whereas Banded has a horizontal orange stripe.

The speckled wood was the only butterfly i spotted during a 15 min period for the Butterfly count :Cool:

The only other butterflies i saw were white and they moved too fast :yep:

A couple of photos I took yesterday, my guess is the first is a common blue but not sure.
The second an Argus but again not sure of exact type. The third is also an Argus but what are the white marks on the lower of the top wings? Are these different types?
