Whoops!! a very belated thank you everyone.

Sorry Dave I didn't see your post, I don't know how long the Waxwings were there, but I do know it was a long time. By all accounts a handful were going back to roost in the trees, even when the berries had gone, perhaps they felt safe there. :shrug: :grin:

I managed to sort through photos from my visit to Slimbridge from when I went there at the end of March ( a week before my nasty fall ) .....over 500. :o :lol2: I thought I'd put these of a Little Egret up on this thread. For once it was reasonably close to the hide, and it was the first time I witnessed, let alone take photos of one fishing.
