That's typical with Goldcrest Andy and they are such difficult birds to get photos of.

Here's some of the Birds from Attenborough this weekend.

1. Shoveler
2. Swans in Flight
3. wigeon/teal ?
4. Pied Wagtail
5. Kestrel in the Box (any guesses to what its just caught) Looks like a frog/toad to me?
6. grey Heron on the river Trent
7. Tufted Duck
8. Mute Swan
9. Comarant
10. Female Pheasant unfortunately not a male in sight

Looking at the length of the legs i would also say that the Kestrel had predated a frog.
