Those cormorants were quarter of a mile away Julie! Will take a tripod next time instead of a monpod. shot should then be clearer (I hope!)

Really good photos PeppiB - you did see lots of wild life on your travels. Your robin photo is really good, much better than mine. (we rarely see them so I was just glad to get a photo, even though it wasn't over good.)

Ooops! sorry PeppiB, jumped in a bit quick there as you were still posting but :wow: they really are fantastic shots especially where you can see right to the wing tip when in flight, they are amazing and so great to see and so close up.

Had I known there were there I would have taken my monopod out with me. They were taken with a very long lens and show camera shake, despite shutter speeds of 1/1200. At least I got them.
