Well done. Some lovely shots there PeppiB. The third one reminds me of the bird I saw on holiday. I would have thought it would be a bit cold over here to do that!
Really good action shots.

You hit the jackpot, they did seem to be posing quite well.

They regularly whizz up and down the river, land, dive and come up with a fish. These 5 were enjoying the sunshine. Next time I manage to get to seahouses I will try and get a shot of them underwater fishing. The sea is so clear you can see them from the end of the harbour wall

The central London cormorants are very obliging - they love to pose for the tourists!

Sorry there are a few pics here. The waxwings were literally beside the A689 dual carriageway at Wynyard, the lapwings, poor photo of kestrel (sun was right behind him and I couldn't use the flash for fear of startling him), and the general shot of loads of different migrant birds, the coot and moorhen were at hardwick park, and what I think is a cormorant in the water (but it may just be a diver) is in the marina in hartlepool.
