Lovely photos PeppiB :clap2:

We noticed that with a lot of trees today, looking at some of them you would think it was early September not November .

:thanx: That curlew had 4 of those lugworms in the few minutes I was watching

Julie - it is still shooting season so the grouse on the moor are still generally laying low, but about a dozen put themselves on view.

Mick - it will probably be on a table somewhere in london by the end of the month :(

Jen - have the shakes really badly. Managed to splat a jacket potato on the floor so had to do another one (HL's as they shoot my sugars up too much) Lunchtime I had the enjoyment of raw carrot, tonight some rather nice lemon sole (one of the very few fish I am not allergic to) and some raw mushroom. Time will tell what my sugars are by 9.

Woke up this afternoon just as it was getting dark. The bright light in the sky (south to SSW) could it be a planet - possibly Saturn??
Photo is handheld on my mobile so not as clear as some

Thanks HH. That is the view from my armchair (couldn't be bothered/not awake enough to actually move and get my camera!)
